Friar Fans,
Our incoming freshman men's and women's basketball players have reported to campus for summer classes. We are excited to see their faces and are looking forward to this coming season.
The 2009-2010 season marks the completion of our Friends of Friar Room in Schneider Arena. This room was created for our men's and women's ice hockey donors and supporters. The Friends of Friar Room will include plasma televisions, high-top counters, and a media library room displaying the history of Friar Hockey. The grand opening is scheduled for Aug 2009. We are thrilled for its completion.
Just a reminder, our season ticket party is this Thursday, June 25 from 6-9pm at Waterplace Restaurant. This event is held every year to give Providence College an opportunity to give back to our loyal supporters. It is also a great opportunity for our season ticket holders to meet coaches and players. We have had a great response and are looking forward to seeing everyone there.
