Promotions Coming Up For Friar Men's Basketball

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College Athletic Department is excited to announce upcoming promotions at Friar men's basketball games.
Get ready for the New Year with a whole day of festivities. We are excited to announce our partnership with Bright Night Providence, where the game on New Year's Eve versus Saint Peter's at 2:00 p.m. has become part of the Bright Night festivities. Purchase your Bright Night wristband by calling 401-621-6123 or visit www.brightnight.org and then take your wristband to the specified table in the Dunkin' Donuts Center lobby on the day of the game to redeem your free ticket. Only one ticket per wristband.
For the Friars' first two home games the PC Power Pack was a big hit so we have extended this great offer for two more games with a limit of 400 tickets available for the Power Pack. You get four tickets, four hotdogs, and four small drinks for only $27. This great offer is available for the Wednesday, January 9 game versus Rutgers (7:30 p.m.) and Monday, February 18 game versus Georgetown (4:00 p.m.). Fans, here is your chance to meet your favorite FRIAR men's basketball player! Head down to the court after PC takes on the University of South Florida on Saturday, January 12 for the Friar autograph session. The entire men's basketball team will be available for autographs 15 minutes following the game. Also, be one of the first to arrive at the game and receive a 22 oz schedule cup, courtesy of Coca-Cola. A limited amount of tickets are still available. This season we are celebrating three former Friar greats. In their honor we will be retiring their jersey's during halftime of the Friars versus Villanova game on Saturday, March 8. To commemorate this event we also are giving away a bobblehead of each Friar great! The first 1,500 fans to enter the Dunkin' Donuts Center for the Providence College vs. Seton Hall men's basketball game on Thursday, January 24 will receive a Marvin Barnes Bobblehead. On Tuesday, February 5 the first 1,500 fans will receive a Ernie DiGregorio Bobblehead. Lastly, on Monday, February 18 the first 1,500 fans will receive a Jimmy Walker Bobblehead.
