PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College Athletic Department has a full-slate of home action this weekend, including four contests on Saturday, January 7.
The women's ice hockey team (10-6-2, 6-2-1 HOCKEY EAST) has won two of its last three games and will host Niagara at 1:00 p.m. at Schneider Arena.
The women's basketball team (5-7, 0-1 BIG EAST) looks to extend its four-game win streak against BIG EAST foe Cincinnati with tip-off slated for 1:00 p.m. in Alumni Hall / Mullaney Gymnasium.
In men's ice hockey action, the No.12/13 Friars (11-6-1, 8-2-1 HOCKEY EAST) will host No. 4 Boston College. That contest will take place at PC's Schneider Arena at 7:00 p.m.
Additionally, the men's basketball team (7-5, 0-1 BIG EAST) will host No. 9/8 Louisville at 7:30 p.m. at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, R.I.
