Swimming and Diving Wraps Up Home Slate

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College swimming and diving teams competed in their final home meet of the season on Saturday afternoon at PC's Taylor Natatorium. The men's team captured a Senior Day win over New Hampshire winning six events en route to a 125-74 victory. The women's team won six events as well, but lost, 131-111.
On the men's side, senior Seth Brockman (Kenner, La.) won the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 25.36 as well as the 100-meter freestyle with a time of 55.73. Brockman also was a member of the 200-meter freestyle relay squad that finished first with a time of 1:41.10.
On the women's side, junior Annie Nemeth (Pittsburgh, Pa.) won a pair of events including the 300-meter breaststroke with a time of 2:45.38 and the 200-meter IM with a time of 2:31.81. Nemeth also was a member of the 400-meter medley relay team that finished first with a time of 4:37.77.
