  • Captured seven BIG EAST titles (cross country, indoor 3,000 meters twice, 5000 meters and distance medley relay and outdoor 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters)
  • Earned five All-American accolades, three in cross country (1999, 2000 & 2001), one in the 5,000 meters at the 2001 NCAA Indoor Championships and one in the 10,000 meters at the 2001 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships
  • Won two IC4A 10,000 meters titles, 1998 & 1999
