Senior left wing Mike Omicioli of W. Warwick, R.I. received the Lamoriello Award, which is given to the team's most valuable player. In 38 games, Omicioli tallied 19 goals and notched 31 assists. He finished third on the team in scoring (50 points) and tied for the team lead in goals (19). He also was a co-recipient of the team's Plus/Minus Award. Omicioli finished the season with a plus/minus rating of 16.
Junior defenseman Josh MacNevin also received the team's Plus/Minus Award. MacNevin, who finished fourth on the team in scoring (35 points) and led all PC defenseman in scoring, registered a plus/minus rating of 16 in 1998-99.
Senior center Troy Lake of Edmonton, Alberta earned the Thomas Eccleston, Jr. Award as the squad's unsung hero. In 38 games, Lake scored 19 goals and added 14 assists. He led the team in power-play goals (nine) and finished the season tied for the team lead in goals (19).
Junior right wing Fernando Pisani of Edmonton, Alberta received the Friar Award, which is given annually to the team's top defensive player. Pisani, a 1996 eighth-round draft pick of the Edmonton Oilers, led the team in assists (37) and finished second on the team in scoring (51 points).
Freshman Drew Omicioli received the Reverend Herman Schneider Award. Drew Omicioli received the Schneider Award as the team's most valuable freshman after tallying eight goals and nine assists in 33 games. He finished tied for the team lead in game-winning goals with three.
Junior defenseman Dave Gunderson of Duluth, Minn. received the Team's Academic Award. Gunderson, who has 3.75 grade point average, earned the award with the team's highest GPA. It marks the second consecutive year that he has earned the Award. In 19 games this season, Gunderson notched three assists.
PC finished the season in fourth place in HOCKEY EAST with a 12-11-1 record and a 20-17-1 mark overall.
